Manufacturing and refurbishing of Instruments and parts
Orvim produces and refurbishes instruments and parts for clinical analysis.
The manufacturing process consists of the following operative steps: assembling, check in, burn in, pretest and final test.
In particular the final test of the instruments is done simulating what happens in a real laboratory of analysis.
ORVIM technicians are very skilled in manufacturing and refurbishing instruments and parts for blood gas – coagulation – clinical chemistry and flame fotometer analysis.
The maufacturing of some mechanical and eletromechanical parts is done by qualified ORVIM sub-contractors. These parts are tested according to technical documentations.
The refurbishing process consists in the following operative steps: decontamination of instruments and parts in safety areas, disassembling and changing of the defective parts, check in, burn in and final test as new instruments.
The parts are changed according to a list defined together with the Customers. In particlular all the carpentry parts are re-painted and all the plastic tubes, metallic needles and driving belts are changed.
